Velocity Enterprises, LLC is a successful CVE Certified, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.  Founded in 2010, we are headquartered in San Antonio, Texas.  We offer full service consulting and professional services in cyber security and systems engineering, construction management and logistics to United States federal government defense and civilian agencies, and other federal government contractors as well as multi-national and international clients.  Our management team has more than 60 years of combined experience managing services and supporting customers both domestically and internationally in the federal government and commercial sectors.  Our broad-based knowledge of both the administrative and operational sides of government contracting set us apart from our competitors.  Our military experience in places such as the Balkans, Africa, Yemen, South East and South West Asia provides the knowledge needed to successfully operate in those theaters as well.  One of our principal goals is to employ veterans of the United States armed forces.  We have a ready network of former military personnel with the skills and experience to plan and execute projects on time and on budget, both domestically and internationally.  Whether your business is in the United States or global, Velocity employs the right professionals to make your projects a success.



Mr. Richardson has over 20 years of construction, project, and operational management expertise in the areas of residential, commercial, and government contracting. In addition to his civilian job responsibilities, Mr. Richardson is a U.S. Marine Corps Colonel, trained as a Combat Engineer and Logistics Officer, and still serves in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves. Colonel Richardson has had numerous deployments in support of operations worldwide including the Balkans, Yemen, Africa, Southeast and Southwest Asia. Mr. Richardson has a B.A. from Texas A&M University and Master's degrees from the University of Maryland and the U.S. Army War College.

Advisory Board


A native of Pryor, Oklahoma, Major General Darrell L. Moore was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in July of 1976, after receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma.


During his thirty-seven years of commissioned service, he has served at Marine Corps bases on the East Coast, West Coast, Hawaii, and Japan. He has commanded Marine Corps logistics formations at the company, battalion, regiment, and group level. He has deployed to and served in various locations in Central America, South America, Africa, Eastern and Western Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He has worked with, testified before, and traveled extensively with members of the United States House of Representatives and United States Senate, representing the Secretary of the Navy and the Commandant of the Marine Corps on issues such as manpower (active & reserve), international drug interdiction, veterans’ affairs, and other high interest projects. As the Director, Reserve Affairs, Manpower & Reserve Affairs, Headquarters Marine Corps from April, 2010 until June, 2012 he oversaw an annual operating budget in excess of $600 million dollars. He presently serves as the Mobilization Assistant to the Commander, United States Pacific Command, Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii. He has traveled extensively throughout the Indo-Asia-Pacific area of operations on behalf of the command.


Major General Moore maintains a law practice with his law partner and sister, Julia Lynn Neftzger, in Pryor, Oklahoma. His practice is primarily devoted to civil litigation in the federal and state district courts in Oklahoma representing business clients. He is committed to community and church activities and serves on various Boards and Commissions in his hometown. Major General Moore and his wife of 36 years have two adult children and five grandchildren. He has also received an MBA and J.D. from the University of Oklahoma and Masters of Laws (L.LM. – Labor Law) degree from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C.




Col. Bragg served over 27 years in the United States Army. He has extensive knowledge of the US Intelligence Community with expertise in: joint, combined, coalition, and interagency operations; signals intelligence; all-source intelligence; intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR); national security issues; and, crisis management.


His awards include: The Distinguished Service Medal; The Defense Superior Service Medal; The Legion of Merit; The Bronze Star; Defense Meritorious Service Medals (three); and, over 20 other awards.He is a Senior Parachutist and Jumpmaster.His distinguished career included: Executive Assistant to the Senior Intelligence Officer of the Department of the Army; Deputy Director of Intelligence of the United States Central Command; Commander of the United States Army’s 116th Military Intelligence Group; and, Senior Intelligence Officer of the 10th Mountain Division and Joint Task Force Haiti. Col. Bragg has significant experience in leading and managing large, complex, and geographically dispersed intelligence and security organizations, including command and responsibility for the leadership, training, and management of the multi-faceted military intelligence, signals intelligence, and security operations of over 2000 personnel located in multiple locations around the United States. After retiring from the United States Army in January 2003, Bragg served as President, CEO, and COO for a defense contracting firm focusing on a myriad of intelligence services, and also served as Founder, President and CEO of Centurion Intelligence Partners and Centurion Leadership Group. He currently serves a member of the Advisory Board for Velocity Enterprises.


Col. Bragg holds a BA in Political Science from Mercer University, an MSBA from Boston University, an MA in Ministry Leadership from Capital Bible Seminary, Lancaster Bible College, and is a graduate of the United States Army War College and the United States Army Command and General Staff College.
